Purchase

• The product is one FxSound .fac game-audio preset generated for your headphone model. It is a digital product, not a subscription.
• You pay once on Creem’s hosted checkout. Creem is the merchant of record and handles payment, tax, and the invoice. The price is the price shown at checkout.
• You may use a coupon instead of paying.
• One purchase covers one preset generation and one download.
• FxSound is third-party software you install separately.

Delivery

• After Creem confirms payment, or after a coupon is redeemed, the .fac file is available to download in your browser right away. Nothing is shipped.
• Import steps are in the user guide on this site.

Refunds

• Creem processes refunds. We do not refund outside Creem.
• If you have not successfully downloaded the .fac file, email weesound@163.com within 7 days of payment for a full refund. We submit the refund in the Creem merchant dashboard, and Creem returns it to the original payment method.
• Once the file has been downloaded successfully, it is not refundable.
• If payment succeeds but the file cannot be generated or downloaded, that counts as not successfully downloaded, and the same 7-day full refund applies.

Results

We do not guarantee a specific percentage change in footsteps, gunfire, or soundstage. What you hear depends on your headphones, the game, and your setup.
